Refurbishment of a dated 2 bed apartment in malahide marina. At a floor area of 60sqm space needed to be maximised for a young family. The existing galley kitchen wall was removed and the living/dining space reconfigured, the fireplace was removed as every square mm of floorspace counted…new flooring throughout and reorientation of the living space towards the only window with a sea view improved the quality of living space and maximised the floor area.
